Biography:
Listed in Best Lawyers in America, as well as the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, Mr. Hinton has devoted nearly his entire career as a plaintiffs' trial attorney. He is a past president of the California Trial Lawyers Association (1986-1987) and has served on the Board of Governors for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America since 1989. His practice areas include product liability, industrial and construction accidents, and vehicular accidents.
