An employment law specialist and frequent author and lecturer in the areas of wage and hour law and employment class actions, Mr. Kaufmann represents workers in individual and class action employment litigation, with particular emphasis on wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation and whistle-blower law. Over the past decade, he has served as class counsel in dozens of wage and hour class and collective actions. He serves on the Board of Editors for the American Bar Association's treatise on The Fair Labor Standards Act and is currently Co-Editor-in-Chief for the annual supplements to that treatise. He is also a newly elected Fellow to The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, the highest recognition by ones colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the profession, exemplifying integrity, dedication and excellence.
