Elise R. Sanguinetti exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil litigation. Her focus of expertise is serious injury, wrongful death cases, civil appeals and legal malpractice. She is a frequent lecturer for local, state and national trial lawyer organizations. Ms. Sanguinetti is the co-chair of the National College of Advocacy, Executive Committee Member of the American Association for Justice and a Past President of Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association.
