Elise R. Sanguinetti exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil litigation. Her focus of expertise is serious injury, wrongful death cases, civil appeals and legal malpractice. She is a frequent lecturer for local, state and national trial lawyer organizations. Ms. Sanguinetti is the co-chair of the National College of Advocacy, Executive Committee Member of the American Association for Justice and a Past President of Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Sanguinetti holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been named for two consecutive years as a Rising Star, California Super Lawyers. She recently received the prestigious Joe Tonahill Award from the American Association of Justice.
