Associate Attorney Mark Baller has exclusively represented plaintiffs in civil litigation since he graduated from Stanford Law School in 2008. Prior to joining Hinton Alfert Sumner & Kaufmann, Mr. Baller was an Associate Attorney at Smoger & Associates, where he worked on toxic tort and serious injury cases, as well as class actions in state and federal court. Mr. Baller has also worked at Brayton Purcell in Novato, California and Public Citizen in Washington, D.C.
